Spent 7 nights here, with a dog. The welcome, as well as the contact during the stay and upon departure, with Petronela was very warm. The apartment: top clean and as described. Comfortable bed. Balcony: east-facing = sun until midday, quietly overlooking the park. The complex: great, well-maintained, spacious, quiet. Location: a 3-minute walk through the complex, a short cul-de-sac, through the gorgeous "Parc Exflora", under the railway and coast road bridges, and in 10 minutes you are: to the right at the human beach, and to the left at the dog beach. Very nice apartment with everything you need. Very helpful owner, Madame Petronela, best regards. The garden, close to the beach, shopping centre round the corner, the best boulangerie in the city just outside the gate. Very quiet, however, we were there in January, parking space also available. Great stay where we were warmly welcomed and guided by Petronella and Giovanni, the flat (ground floor in winter) was very clean, very well appointed, recent and functional, with everything needed (toilet paper, hairdryer, sheets and towels, throw on the sofa^^) and in excellent condition. We were even able to extend our stay and everything was sorted very easily via WhatsApp with Petronella. We had little Christmas decorations in the residence, which was very quiet, peaceful, leafy and right next to the sea and the bus stops to Antibes. We'll happily come back!

Everything was very well organised, starting with the kind welcome by Petronella who was always available during our stay whenever we needed something. The apartment itself was clean, furnished with taste, very well equipped, including dishwasher and washing machine. The two bathrooms were also a big plus for us. There is a lovely park around the residence, the apartment is a walking distance to the beach and there are a lot of things to explore in and around Juan-les-Pins. The only points that could still use some improvement - the sorting of waste (we needed to take the glass outside of the complex to a container on the street, while plastic was put in the container for residual waste and then presumably separated afterwards) and the kitchen sink water drainage.
